every character starts with $400 you get money by doing jobs, selling things, etc.
the house prices are:
box:0
shack:50
apatment:100 a week
penthouse apatment:500 a week
1 bedroom house:1000
2 bedroom house:1500
3 bedroom house:2000
and so on...
mansion:25000
